حصلت سعادة ريم محمد الخالد - سفير دولة الكويت لدى كندا - على جائزة "أفضل سفيرٍ لدى كندا لعام 2023، عن منطقة الشرق الأوسط" نظيراً للإنجازات التي قامت بها منذ استلامها مهام عملها في كندا في السنوات الثلاث الماضية. وقد تسلَّمت الجائزة خلال الحفل الذي نظمته جامعة أوتاوا يوم الجمعة الموافق 2 يونيو 2023، بالتعاون مع وزارة الخارجية الكندية والمجلس الدولي للدبلوماسية العامة.

“Her Excellency Reem Mohamed Al-Khaled, Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Canada, received the "Canada’s Ambassador of the Year Reward, Middle East Region" for her achievements since assuming her duties in Canada in the past three years.

The award was received during a ceremony organized by the University of Ottawa on Friday, June 2, 2023, in cooperation with the Department of Foreign Affairs, Canada, and the International Council for Public Diplomacy.”
