في حفلِ استقبالٍ رائعٍ أُقيم في الجمعية التشريعية للأقاليم الشمالية الغربية في كندا، تمَّ الترحيبُ بما يقرب من 40 سفيراً ورئيس بعثة وقادة سياسيين من أوتاوا، حيث تشرَّف الحفلُ بحضور معالي مارغريت ثوم، مفوضة الأقاليم الشمالية الغربية، التي تسلَّمت تذكاراً عزيزاً عن الزيارة من رئيسة الوفد، سعادة ريم محمد الخالد، سفيرة دولة الكويت لدى كندا.

In a warm reception held at the Legislative Assembly, nearly 40 esteemed Ambassadors and leaders from Ottawa were graciously welcomed to the Northwest Territories. The event was marked by the presence of the Honourable Margaret Thom, Commissioner of the Northwest Territories, who received a cherished memento of the visit from the delegation's leader, Her Excellency Reem Alkhaled, the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait.
